Ben Denton

Ben is Chief Executive of L&G Affordable Homes.  L&G Affordable Homes is the 2nd largest institutionally backed affordable housing developer and operator in the country.  It started operations in 2019 and now has 5,000 affordable homes in operation and will increase its stockholding by nearly 2,500 homes in 2024.  The business focus is on delivering excellent customer service and managing customers and their homes through our bespoke technology platform ‘Brolly’ and through our pre-procured network of management providers.  We have a particular focus on increasing the proportion of low energy, low carbon homes we build and own.  Ben is also on the board of the East Midlands Devco.
