RSH promises ‘proportionate’ approach to new powers as Housing Ombudsman relationship clarified

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and Housing Ombudsman have made a fresh commitment to work together – including sharing information on landlords – to help providers deliver “sustainable improvements”.
