Notting Hill Housing and Genesis have revealed the executive team that will lead the group following their proposed merger.
The shadow executive board has been set out for Notting Hill Genesis, which they hope to create by the end of 2017 following an announcement in July.
The merged body will own and manage over 64,000 homes with a vacant possession value of £19.3bn and with a turnover of around £700m.
The organisations have pointed out a 50:50 split between Notting Hill and Genesis executives, which they say is an example of how this is a “merger of equals”.
As previously announced, Kate Davies is chief executive designate, while Genesis’ Elizabeth Froude becomes deputy chief executive.
Neil Hadden, Genesis’ chief executive, will leave the organisation, while Genesis chair, Dipesh Shah becomes group chair of Notting Hill Genesis.
Paul Phillips – currently group finance director at Notting Hill – takes the group FD role at the new organisation.
The London G15 associations have also created a specific role focusing on large-scale regeneration projects.
Jeremy Stibbe, currently Genesis’ executive director, assets and investments, will lead major schemes such as Grahame Park in Barnet and the Aylesbury Estate in Southwark, as well as seeking further regeneration opportunities.
Ms Davies said: “We have a huge amount of work to do in preparation for the merger into Notting Hill Genesis and having such a talented and experienced executive team will be a huge benefit in that challenge.
“The new organisation will always aim to provide quality homes, great services and value for money to its residents, putting the experience of our customers at the core of everything we do.”
