‘Financial strength’ supports Hyde to increase repairs spend and delivery of new homes

G15 landlord Hyde grew its pre-tax surplus by around £24m year-on-year to reach £117.5m in 2022-23, in a year in which it ramped up repairs spend by over £10m and increased its delivery of new homes.
