Social landlords in 56% of councils would see EPC C retrofit costs exceed tenth of property values

Social housing providers in more than half of local authorities would see retrofit costs to reach Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Band C exceed 10 per cent of property values, with areas in Northern England most impacted, new research from JLL has shown.
