Cross-subsidy ‘unsustainable’ in wake of COVID-19, MPs warn

Social housing landlords need an extra £10bn of government grant funding to help tackle the housing crisis as the cross-subsidy model is “unsustainable” in the wake of the coronavirus crisis, a committee of MPs has warned.
