Senior official at Building Safety Regulator urges registered providers to ‘push’ uncooperative parties

The deputy director of the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) has told registered providers that, if another accountable party is not cooperating, it is incumbent on them to be the one who is “pushing” the cooperation agenda.
