TSMs: 70% of social housing renters satisfied overall – but 66% unhappy with complaint-handling

Only a third of social housing tenants are satisfied with how their landlords handle complaints, data from the first set of tenant satisfaction measures (TSMs) has shown, while more than 70 per cent are satisfied with their overall service.
